Mika Cross is a nationally acclaimed, award-winning workplace expert, trainer, facilitator, speaker, and strategist with deep interdisciplinary expertise in modern workforce initiatives, human resources transformation, team performance, organizational health and employee wellbeing, and the future of work. She brings more than 20 years of public service experience across the U.S. Intelligence Community, the Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Agriculture (among others), followed by her role as Vice President of Employer Engagement at FlexJobs, a fully remote company. She is also a U.S. Army veteran and the founder and CEO of Strategy@Work, LLC.
Julie Keys is a passionate Personal Fitness Trainer and certified Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping people create lasting change. She understands firsthand that real transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes—it comes from building habits that are realistic, empowering, and sustainable.
