Kelly Reyes, Executive Director of the Professional Managers Association (PMA), is honored to serve on the FEEA Board of Directors, proudly representing PMA’s commitment to supporting federal employees. In her role, she proactively advocates for IRS managers, ensuring they have the resources, leadership development, and representation needed to excel.

With over 30 years of management experience, Kelly has a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives within the IRS, private sector, and nonprofit organizations. She has served on executive boards for three nonprofit organizations and played a pivotal role in developing coaching, mentoring, and shadowing programs to support aspiring leaders. Her leadership has consistently focused on mission-driven results, innovation, and professional development.

Kelly holds a master’s degree in organizational management with a focus on Human Resources and Conflict Resolution. Her extensive experience includes 13 years as an IRS supervisor, serving as an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University, leading as a principal for a K-12 private school, and working as an administrator for a mathematics research center.

Kelly is deeply committed to FEEA’s mission of supporting federal employees and their families. She looks forward to bringing her passion for leadership, advocacy, and education to the board, ensuring that FEEA continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who serve our nation.
