Make an Impact in 2025 and Beyond on our Scholarship Selection Committee. Our Virtual Volunteer Experience Makes Giving Back Easy.

  • March - Mid April

    Volunteer Timeframe

This all-virtual opportunity takes place over three weeks between end of March and mid-April.

  • 10 - 15 hours

    Estimated Time Commitment

Each volunteer gets a login to our scholarship system, where you’ll review and score 30-40 applications.

  • Virtual

    Volunteer Type

You’ll need a personal computer or other non-work, internet-connected device, and a willingness to give careful consideration to each student.

At FEEA, we serve the federal civilian and postal worker community every day, and invite you to join us as a volunteer member of our 2025 Scholarship Committee.

Each year, over 300 volunteers from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds come together to help us review, score, and rank over 3,000 college scholarship applications from the best and brightest students across the U.S.

Volunteers do not need to be a federal employee to take part, and you can perform this work at your own convenience.

FEEA will provide comprehensive instructions for scoring along with ample support throughout the process.

Each application includes an essay, list of community and extracurricular activities, transcript, and reference letter, as well as some basic information about the applicant (college major, etc.).

If you would like to volunteer as an application reviewer, please take a moment to register*.

*If you or someone in your immediate family are applying for a 2025-26 scholarship, you are not eligible to volunteer this year.
