Chef Herbert Holden is a Chef and Nutrition Educator at the Center for Nutrition, Diet, and Health at the University of the District of Columbia where he teaches healthy cooking classes and leads community cooking demonstrations. Chef Herb has a passion for food, which started at an early age. One of his favorite sayings is, “Use food in the form of medicines and medicines in the form of food.”
