April is National Stress Awareness Month every year, but this year many more Americans may be feeling particularly stressed due to worries about their own or loved ones’ health, trying to balance working at home and caring for kids out of school, and general disruption of regular routines.

FEEA’s Coronavirus resources page has a number of resources for managing stress, anxiety, and isolation during this difficult time: https://feea.org/coronavirus/#stress.

Coronavirus-specific Resources

The American Psychological Association on dealing with social distancing due to COVID-19

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on mental health and coping during COVID-19
