Joyce Warner joined FEEA as its new Executive Director in the fall of 2016. Joyce works closely with the FEEA board of directors to develop and execute FEEA’s strategy to serve federal public servants in need. Joyce also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FEEA’s subsidiary, FEEA Childcare Services, Inc.
Previously, Joyce’s experience included serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Programs and Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff of IREX; Deputy Director of the US-Ukraine Foundation’s Community Partnerships Project; as a Program Manager at Wellstart International, working in the area of maternal and child health protection.
She received her BA from SUNY at Stony Brook, her MA from American University, and her MBA from Virginia Tech. Joyce is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI).
The daughter of employees of Brookhaven National Laboratory and a local New York State Department of Health office, she comes from a family of public servants. A resident of Alexandria, Virginia, Joyce grew up in New York. She and her husband David, an economist with the US Department of Commerce, have three sons.
