WEEKLY THEMES
May 1-5: Just Got Moving
No pressure, no intensity – just getting started. Show us that first step, stretch, or stride.
May 6 – 12: Choosing Calm
Stress happens, and this is how you respond. Show yourself actively doing something that brings you calm!
May 13 – 19: Support System Snapshot
Capture a moment of you actively connecting with your support system, whether it’s the people or pets who have your back.
May 20 – 26: Movement That Feels Like Me
Show yourself moving in a way that feels natural, fun, and totally you.
May 27 – June 2: We’ve Got This
Teamwork makes it better. Show a shared moment with friends, colleagues, or both!
June 3 – 9: Making a Moment
Don’t look back, but capture it as it happens! Show yourself creating a moment worth remembering.
- We love to see Feds in Motion gear: shirt, medal, sign, or bib!
- Use portrait mode.
- Send us the highest file size.
- Identify individuals in photo, state, team, and org (if willing).
- To be eligible for drawings, photos are due on each following Sunday by 8PM PST.
- Late submissions always welcome outside of contest!

By submitting your photos, you agree to allow FEEA to use them at our discretion, electronically (email, website, social media, etc.) or in print materials, and agree that first names may be used to identify individuals in any photos used.
Contest Rules: The Feds in Motion Photo Contest is open to all registered Feds in Motion Challenge participants. The Federal Employees Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA) is not liable for entries not received through the proper channels or received after the deadline. Each week, winners will be selected at random from the entries received through the proper channels by the deadline. FEEA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules or is deemed inappropriate. By entering the contest, you agree to these terms and conditions.
