Wellness Wednesday: Desk to De-Stress Gentle Chair Yoga with Christy Wade Sisson

As we reach the final Wellness Wednesday of the 2026 Feds in Motion Challenge, this gentle, chair-friendly yoga session is designed to meet you right where you are, no mat or outfit-change required! It’s a perfect moment to join Christy Wade Sisson and reflect on your progress, recharge your energy, and carry that sense of balance into the final stretch of the Challenge.

ABOUT OUR GUEST:

Christy Wade Sisson began her yoga journey 20 years ago after wandering in to her first class. After moving around and experiencing many styles of yoga, she decided to become a teacher and trained at the Southern Institute for Yoga Instructors in Nashville. Over the years she has studied with many notable yogis. While she would call her teaching style “eclectic,” her flowing classes still retain emphasis on the importance of alignment, allowing students to go more fully and safely into each pose. Going into this segment, she encourages each student to respect his or her boundaries and to explore all areas of their yoga practice.
