Age is just a number when it comes to brain health! Join Dr. Vonetta Dotson, a renowned neuropsychologist, author, and speaker, for a dive into the science of memory and aging. This session explores the research behind keeping your mind sharp, not just for older adults, but for everyone. Dr. Dotson will unveil practical strategies you can implement at any age, supported by the latest scientific findings. Whether you’re looking to prevent cognitive decline or simply optimize your brainpower, this session offers valuable insights to help you stay mentally fit and focused for years to come.

ABOUT OUR GUEST:

Dr. Vonetta Dotson is a neuropsychologist, author, and speaker. She completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Florida in 2006 with a specialization in neuropsychology and a certificate in gerontology. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia, and her career has focused on teaching, providing clinical care, and conducting research related to brain health and aging. Dr. Dotson is also a professor at Georgia State University, a Senior Project Scientist for Behavioral Health at NASA for KBR, and author of the book “Keep Your Wits About You: The Science of Brain Maintenance as You Age”. Additionally, she is the Founder and President of her startup, CerebroFit, which provides services to empower people in the community to live a brain-healthy lifestyle.
