Jen Dougherty is an experienced dietician with an extensive background in nutritional counseling, wellness programs, and clinical care. After obtaining her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she went on to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Jenn is passionate about empowering individuals to make informed choices about their health and is dedicated to creating customized nutrition plans that promote overall wellness and optimize physical performance.
Chelsea Mock is a dedicated athlete who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware. With a lifelong passion for health and fitness, Chelsea has spent the last eight years encouraging healthy nutrition habits and acting as a Head Coach in CrossFit for Riv Athletics.
