Starting your day with a simple stretching routine can have profound benefits for both your physical and mental well-being. Recent studies have demonstrated the positive effects that even a few minutes of stretching can have on our daily lives, especially when performed consistently.

A 2021 study published in the International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases revealed that daily stretching routines can significantly reduce chronic back pain, particularly in older adults.

This finding is crucial given that back pain is one of the most common reasons for decreased mobility and activity in the aging population.

Incorporating a variety of stretches like the Shoulder Stretch or Cat Cow into your morning routine can help alleviate stiffness and pain, making daily activities more comfortable and enjoyable.
