Collectively our scholarship program to date totals over $14 million. FEEA champions the pursuit of higher education and each year supports over 200 students with merit-based scholarships. You can view a list of our winners from last year here.

FEEA is the only independent, national, nonprofit organization dedicated to federal civilian public servants. This program, and all FEEA’s programs are made possible by our generous individual and organizational sponsors who donate directly and pledge to CFC #11185 each year.

We’re Looking for Volunteers Outside the DC Metro Area!

Outside the D.C. metro area we are recruiting “City Captains” to help raise awareness about virtual participation in the Public Service 5K Charity Run/Walk on Sunday, May 7, 2017. Volunteers can be federal employees, their family members, friends or neighbors. Learn more about the event at www.feea.org/5K.

Volunteer City Captains:

  • Advertise via their personal network and local community by hanging flyers and promoting participation via email and social media;
  • Suggest local parks or other locations where runners and walkers can meet on race day to sprint, jog, or stroll a roughly 5 kilometer distance; and
  • Help connect registered participants who would like to walk or run as a group on race day.

We’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed, including downloadable flyers and lots of ideas for getting the word out.

For more information and to sign up to be a city captain, please visit https://fs28.formsite.com/FEEA/CityCaptain/.
