| NWSEO Disaster Assistance Fund |
The National Weather Service Employees Organization is pleased to announce that The Federal
Employees Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA) will administer the NWSEO Disaster Assistance
Fund. The Fund is designed to help NWS families directly affected by natural or man-made
disasters with emergency financial assistance. Additional information about the Fund and NWSEO's
response to the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina is available on The NWSEO Web Site (www.nwseo.org).
Donations to the fund are tax deductible to the full extent of the law and may be made by:
Sending a check to: FEEA NWSEO DISASTER ASSISTANCE FUND, 8441 W. Bowles Avenue, Suite
200, Littleton, CO 80123-9501.

- Choose NWSEO Disaster Assistance Fund from the drop-down list of programs at the top of
the form - Complete the form as instructed on the site
To designate your CFC pledge to the NWSEO Disaster Assistance Fund:
- Mark your pledge card with FEEA’s CFC #11185
- Make a copy of the pledge card and write “NWSEO Disaster Assistance Fund” across the top.
You may block out identifying information if you so desire; FEEA’s CFC #11185 and the
amount designated must be visible. - Mail the copy to: FEEA NWSEO DISASTER ASSISTANCE FUND
