The Army Corps of Engineers Relief Fund has been established by the Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA) to assist Corps employees and their families facing natural disasters or personal crisis. The Fund provides financial assistance in the form of tax-free grants and/or no- interest loans to eligible Corps employees and their families who have suffered a loss from an uninsured personal crisis, national emergency, or natural disaster causing personal injury or damage to property. Initial donations assisted Corps employees affected by Hurricane Katrina.
